Joseph Koenig's enterprise experience add to company offerings

Creative Anvil recently announced it has significantly upgraded its talent base by adding Joseph Koenig, former chief information officer for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, to its team.

Koenig, who joined the company May 1, 2007, has a bachelor's degree in marketing from Maryville University, as well as 10 years of experience in Web and application development, project management, and technology planning and management. He most recently served as CIO for the state's Health Department, where he served on the Missouri Healthcare Information Technology Task Force, the Information Technology Advisory Board, the State Data Center Steering Committee and the Medicaid Reform Technology Subcommittee. As chair of the Medicaid subcommittee, Koenig led an interdepartmental group of CIOs, information technology staff and business representatives to develop recommendations for technology solutions as part Gov. Matt Blunt's Medicaid Reform initiative.
